Color, line, and the energy of the street infused the work of printmakers in interwar Britain. Trained at London's Grosvenor School of Modern Art, these artists—including women experiencing new freedoms made possible by a changing society—found inspiration in the structure and rhythm of a city growing modern around them. Curator Shoshana Resnikoff leads this informative talk that examines Wolfsonian collection objects by Sybil Andrews, Lill Tschudi, and more who documented the vibrant world that became their home.
