Follow the Drums: A Percussive Send-Off with IFE-ILE

Live percussions will echo through The Wolfsonian as we mark the closing of our Turn the Beat Around exhibition with a special performance by the IFE-ILE Dance Company. Ambassadors of Afro-Cuban music and dance, the group will showcase a mix of musical styles that trace the development of the rhythms explored in our galleries. We'll begin with rumba and son before culminating in the iconic conga, where all will be welcome to join in dance.
