The impact of humans on the natural world is unlike that of any other species. Let your mind travel to one case study—an artificial beach on a Caribbean resort—at a special screening of Site of Sites (2016), a 1-hour documentary that subtly teases out the intersection of race, class, and the environment. Drop in early for a tour of our exhibition The Big World: Alternative Landscapes of the Modern Era (6:30pm), and stick around after the film for a conversation between artist misael soto and filmmaker Ronald Baez, moderated by Third Horizon's Juan Matos.

The film will be preceded by a recorded introduction from its directors, Natalia Cabral and Oriol Estrada.

Presented in partnership with Third Horizon.
